泌尿科達文西機器人手術 Urology Da Vinci Robotic Surgery
國泰綜合醫院為提升癌症治療水準，自2013年引進了最新的達文西機器手臂系統，並派遣泌尿科王彥傑醫師至美國Florida Hospital- Global Robotic Institute受訓，在世界最著名的達文西機器手臂大師Dr. Vipul Patel學習最先進的達文西手術，並且完成受訓。這幾年來，本院在王彥傑主任的領導之下，團隊針對早期的攝護腺癌根除手術，癌症的治癒率和術後病患禁尿功能的恢復成功率超過98%以上，居於同儕的領先地位。另外，針對腎臟癌的治療，腎臟部份切除術所有案例皆順利完成，癌症能完全切除乾淨，並保留良好腎臟機能。王醫師曾經完成許多困難的腎臟癌手術，並被許多主流媒體的大力讚揚及報導。
In order to provide the most advanced cancer treatment possible, Cathay General Hospital has introduced the latest Da Vinci Robotic system since 2013. Dr. Wang Yen-Chieh has been appointed by our institution as the representative to learn the extraordinary technique of Robotic assisted radical prostatectomy from the-world-number-1 ranked Da Vinci master, Dr. Vipul Patel, in Florida Hospital- Global Robotic Institute, USA. Under Dr. Wang’s guidance, the complete cure rate in patients with early-stage prostate cancer at our institution exceed 98%, and all of the patients reported good urinary functional recovery. Furthermore, we have applied our experience and technique of the Robotic system into the treatment of the renal cancer. One of the most difficult surgeries in the field of Urology---Partial nephrectomy, which means complete resection of the renal cancer while preserving as much renal function as possible, has been successfully performed by Dr. Wang at our institution on over hundreds of cases. The amazing results of some of the difficult cases has been praised and reported by the mainstream media.
